This Return & Refund Policy explains the situations in which returns and refunds are applicable, how to initiate a return, and what to expect once your request is reviewed. 1. Our Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery of your order.
This means that if you receive your product and find an issue, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the date your order was delivered to your address. Requests made after this window may not be considered, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
2. When Are Returns Accepted?
Due to the nature of our products — which are baby care and personal care items — we follow a strict hygiene policy. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

- Damaged product — the product arrived physically damaged, broken, or leaking due to transit or packaging failure
- Defective product — the product has a manufacturing defect that affects its quality, safety, or usability
- Wrong product delivered — you received a product different from what you ordered
- Tampered packaging — the product seal or packaging appears to have been tampered with before delivery
- Missing items — one or more items from your order were not included in the delivery
❌ Returns Are NOT Accepted In These Cases
- The product has been opened or used, even partially — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used baby care products
- The return request is made after 7 days of the delivery date
- The product was damaged by the customer after delivery (e.g. dropped, spilled, or exposed to extreme conditions)
- The return is due to a change of mind or personal preference after purchase
- The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price specifically marked as non-returnable
- The original packaging or product label has been removed or destroyed
We appreciate your understanding of these guidelines, which are in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of products for all our customers — especially their precious babies.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return criteria above, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Within 7 Days
Reach out to us through the Contact page at ladloobabycare.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Your full name and registered email address or phone number
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs or a short video clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Step 2 — Wait for Our Review
Our team will review your return request within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your message and supporting evidence. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Step 3 — Return Approval or Resolution
Once reviewed, we will notify you of one of the following outcomes:
- Return approved — we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required) and process your refund or replacement
- Replacement offered — in some cases, we may offer to send a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue
- Return declined — if your request does not meet our return criteria, we will explain the reason clearly and respectfully
Step 4 — Return the Product (If Required)
If a physical return of the product is required, we will communicate the return address and process. Please ensure the product is:
- Packed securely to prevent further damage in transit
- Returned in its original packaging wherever possible
- Shipped with a trackable courier service — we recommend retaining proof of shipment
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent or confirmed defective item), in which case we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and (where applicable) the product has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- This includes credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or any other supported payment method
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days of return approval
- Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider — this is outside our control
- If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to us if the issue persists
What Is Refunded
- The full product price (inclusive of taxes) paid for the returned item(s)
- Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error — i.e. a wrong product was sent or the product arrived damaged or defective through no fault of the customer
- In all other eligible return cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Replacements
In cases where a product is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may offer you the option of a replacement instead of a refund — subject to product availability.
- Replacements will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of approval
- Standard delivery timelines of 3 to 7 working days will apply to the replacement shipment
- If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
6. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately through our Contact page
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 working days
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled
- If you no longer wish to keep the order, please refuse delivery at the time it arrives, or wait for it to arrive and initiate a return request in accordance with this policy
- Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the product has been received and opened
7. Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging all Ladloo Baby Care products to ensure they reach you safely. However, on rare occasions, products may be damaged during transit by our courier partners.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please do not discard the packaging or the product — both will be needed for your return request
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the damage to the product, and the shipping label
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the above photographs and your order details for the fastest resolution
- Transit damage claims submitted after 48 hours may still be considered within the standard 7-day return window, subject to our review
8. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers — and especially their babies — the following products and situations are strictly excluded from our return policy:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products with removed or damaged seals or labels
- Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer
- Orders where the 7-day return window has lapsed
- Products purchased as part of a combo, bundle, or promotional offer specifically marked as non-returnable
